FAQs
-
Will we have to share our personal problems and issues?
-
No. Class does not include sharing personal issues and exercises are done privately. This class is not therapy.
-
-
Must both partners attend?
-
Yes. Couples exercises are done in class and both partners must participate. If you enrolled in a series please contact the Leader as some accommodations can be made on an individual basis.
-
-
Can we still come to the workshop if one partner won't read the book?
-
Yes. While the book has valuable information, class provides a summary of the information and allows for practice of the exercises inconjunction with the couples workbook.
-
-
Should we do the exercises in the book at home or save them for class?
-
The class will involve doing some of the exercises and will be role-played in class to show how to "do" and "not do". The exercises are designed for continued use after the class is over to maintain gains from the workshop.
